University Residential Staff Well-Being Program

The University Residential Sector is a unique industry with staff regularly dealing with complex residents and complicated situations. Limited well-being programs, which tailor specifically to the issues staff deal with, are available to residential sites and their employees.

ADES have more than 10 years’ experience in the University Residential sector, currently working with over 260 residential sites across Australia and New Zealand. This experience has enabled the ADES team to develop a staff training program aimed at increasing the well-being of residential staff, increasing strategies to deal with complex residents and complicated situations whilst further enhancing relationships between the entire staff cohort.

The Well-Being program is delivered on site and consists of 4 individual staff training sessions (60 minutes each), provided to staff over a 12-month period (a training session every 3 months). Each training session is delivered by a qualified ADES practitioner in the respective topic area field.
